RFP-223L-26 A&E Services - New Baseball Clubhouse

Murray State University is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering (A/E) firm to design and administer construction of a new ~4,000‑sq‑ft baseball clubhouse at Reagan Baseball Field. The scope covers all disciplines—architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior design—through pre‑design, schematic, design development, construction documents, and construction administration phases. The consultant will act as the university’s representative during construction, handling site inspections, shop‑drawing review, change‑order management, and final close‑out. • Deliver a complete set of design and construction documents for a 4,000 sq ft clubhouse with locker rooms, training facilities, offices, and covered batting bays. • Provide full A/E services (architectural, structural, MEP, interior design) and act as owner’s representative throughout construction. • Meet mandatory site‑visit on April 9 2026 and submit a full proposal by April 27 2026, with a $3 M construction budget and required insurance and residency preferences.
