The City of Eagle is selling a house and a shop located at 8660 W. Equest Lane, Eagle, Idaho. The house was built in 1999 and has approximately 3,174 square feet of total living space. The shop is also located at the same address. The sale will be conducted through a sealed bid process, with a minimum bid price of $150,000 for the house and $2,500 for the shop.
