RFP Architectural and Engineering Design Services

The Town of Granville is seeking a firm or team of firms to provide architectural and engineering design services for the Granville Town Hall Accessibility Project. The project aims to improve accessibility to the Town Hall building, including the second floor space, parking, and front walkway. The selected firm will be required to complete schematic design phase services, design development phase services, construction documents, and regular communication with the Project Coordinator. The firm must have experience in historic building renovation, ADA compliance, and compliance with other regulatory requirements. The project must undergo Section 106 review and integrate considerations into the project design. • The firm will be required to coordinate with historic resources consultants and archaeological consultants. • The firm must provide a detailed description of their approach, including tasks to be performed and a timeline for deliverables. • The firm must have a Vermont Licensed Architect and a Vermont Registered Engineer on the project team. • The firm must provide evidence of insurance applicable to the work, including general liability, professional liability, and workers' compensation insurance.
