The lease must provide a secondary egress, parking for 11 government‑owned vehicles (24 × 7), additional public parking within four blocks, daytime janitorial services, and prominent signage. Prospective lessors must be SAM‑registered and submit a completed Rental Proposal Worksheet, proof of active CAGE code, and an existing floor plan. The lease term is five years with a termination clause allowing the Government to end the agreement with reasonable notice; any firm‑term lease requires a contribution toward build‑out costs.
