Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The RFI does not disclose any budget. Based on comparable statewide prescription‑monitoring SaaS implementations (e.g., other states’ PDMPs), total project costs—including licensing, implementation services, data migration, integration, and multi‑year support—typically range from $5 million to $15 million over a 3‑5 year horizon. Factors influencing the range include the number of integrated interfaces, data‑volume handling, custom state‑specific modules, and the level of 24 × 7 support required.
