Supply of Fluid Analysis Kits and Laboratory Testing Services for Heavy-Duty Vehicles and Equipment

The City of Pasadena is establishing a vendor relationship to supply on‑demand fluid sampling kits and perform laboratory analysis for its fleet of heavy‑duty municipal vehicles (refuse trucks, street sweepers, vacuum trucks, etc.). The vendor will provide kits for motor oil, power‑steering fluid, engine coolant, transmission fluid, and hydraulic fluid, deliver them to the City’s fleet facility, include prepaid return shipping, and conduct laboratory testing with results delivered electronically.
