Budget estimate

$80,000 – $144,000

The solicitation lists an estimated cost range of $1,000,000 to $1,200,000 for the entire scope, which includes demolition, new equipment procurement, installation, and asbestos handling. Assuming a typical contractor margin of 8‑12 % for a specialized construction project of this size, the expected net earnings for the winning vendor would likely fall between roughly $80,000 and $144,000. Factors influencing the final budget include the actual bid price submitted, any change orders during construction, and the efficiency of asbestos remediation compliance.
