DEFERRED COMPENSATION RECORDKEEPER

The Polk County Procurement Division is seeking a Deferred Compensation Recordkeeper to provide retirement plan recordkeeping services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing services to the County's 457 plan, which has approximately 1,400 benefit-eligible employees. The evaluation criteria include project understanding, experience with similar sized 457 plans, service team and plan sponsor resources, fees, participant services, technology, and green initiatives. The contract period is for three years, with the option for three successive one-year extensions. • The vendor must have experience with similar sized 457 plans. • The vendor must provide a service team and plan sponsor resources. • The vendor must have a robust technology platform. • The vendor must have green initiatives and sustainability practices in place. • The vendor must be able to provide participant services, including education and support. • The vendor must be able to provide competitive fees.
