RFI Base Life Support Services and Facility Rehabilitation for Angkor Sentinel 2027 (AS27)

The U.S. Army is seeking market input for a comprehensive Base Life Support (BLS) package and three phased permanent‑facility rehabilitation options to support Exercise Angkor Sentinel 2027 in Cambodia. The effort includes a fully self‑contained 100‑person expeditionary tent camp (food, water, power, waste, sanitation, HVAC, etc.) for a 24‑day period (Feb 8 – Mar 3 2027) and cost/ROM data for rapid (3‑month), intermediate (6‑month) and full (12‑month) rehabilitation of existing barracks, dining facilities, classrooms, medical aid station, restrooms and electrical infrastructure.
