Korea Limited Life Support (KLLS)

The U.S. Army’s 906th Contracting Battalion is issuing a pre‑solicitation for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide extensive life‑support and logistics services throughout the Republic of Korea. The contract will cover logistic management, material handling equipment, lodging, force‑protection (unarmed), land and transportation services, communications, and a wide range of classified supplies (Classes I, III, IV, VI, VIII). Services support humanitarian assistance/disaster relief, contingency operations, lodging, logistics, and exercise support across the Korean Theater of Operations. Performance is required 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at multiple locations, with Korean vendors receiving preferential consideration under the U.S.–ROK SOFA. • Provide sustainment support operations: facility maintenance, cleaning, laundry, shower trailers, waste management, water production, power generation, portable latrines, custodial services, catering, etc. • Deliver base life‑support functions: water/ice production, pest control, cold storage, billeting, generators, light towers. • Supply Class I, III, IV, VI, and VIII items and material‑handling equipment. • Offer land transportation, communication, and transportation services on a task‑order basis. • Required to furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and quality‑control (except government‑furnished items). • Contract is 24/7, 365 days per year, with multiple sites across the Korean Theater. • Korean firms receive preferential consideration per SOFA and local procurement policy.
