The City of Cincinnati’s Department of Finance – Treasury is seeking a qualified investment‑management firm to administer up to $300 million of its fixed‑income portfolio, provide ongoing investment consulting, policy review, and reporting to the Investment Committee. The firm must have >$10 billion in assets under management, meet specific insurance and registration requirements, and submit a fee proposal (flat, basis‑points, or hybrid). The contract is for an initial three‑year term with two optional one‑year extensions, and all work must be performed via the Bonfire electronic submission portal. • Manage a separate fixed‑income portfolio (up to $300 M) and provide advisory services to the City Treasurer. • Deliver annual and quarterly performance reports, attend Investment Committee meetings, and assist with policy development and diversification strategy. • Meet stringent eligibility criteria: >$10 B AUM, Vendor Self‑Service registration, specific insurance coverage, and completion of DEI 147 form if awarded.
