ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The City of Detroit is seeking qualified firms to provide engineering, construction management, and program management services. The selected firms will be placed on a list of pre-approved suppliers and will compete for city work on a project-by-project basis. The services required include electrical, civil, mechanical, structural, architectural, geological, and environmental engineering, as well as design, construction management, and program management. The firms must have at least five years of experience in providing these services and must be authorized to conduct business in the State of Michigan. The city will evaluate the proposals based on factors such as experience, past performance, and quality control. • The city is seeking firms with experience in engineering and program management services. • The firms must have a current Michigan Professional Engineer License. • The firms must have financial capacity to conduct business as demonstrated through certified financial statements. • The city will evaluate the proposals based on factors such as experience, past performance, and quality control. • The selected firms will be required to adhere to all revisions to the scope of work. • The city may remove firms from the approved list for egregious substandard workmanship or unsatisfactory work product.
