DSS #9 - ENGINEERING, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The City of Detroit is seeking qualified firms to provide engineering and program management services for various city departments. The selected firms will be placed on a list of pre-approved suppliers and will compete for city work through the normal solicitation process. The services required include Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Architectural, Geological, and Environmental Engineering, for Design, Construction Management, and Program Management. Key requirements for applicants include: • Five years of experience in engineering and program management services • Authorization to conduct business in the State of Michigan • Current Michigan Professional Engineer License • Financial capacity to conduct business as demonstrated through certified financial statements The evaluation criteria include experience, past performance, and quality control.
