MARKETING, VENUE DEVELOPMENT, EVENT RECRUITMENT, AND BRAND COORDINATION SERVICES: II

Ector County seeks a qualified firm to provide comprehensive marketing, venue development, event recruitment, and brand coordination services for the Ector County Coliseum & Exhibition Center. The contractor will act as an extension of the Coliseum management team, creating and executing strategic plans to increase attendance, attract promoters, grow sponsorships, and maximize utilization of the Coliseum, Horse Arena, Buildings B & C, and surrounding fairgrounds. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with up to four one‑year renewals (maximum five years) and will be evaluated on experience, understanding of local assets, detailed recruitment plans, personnel qualifications, past performance, and price. • Develop an annual marketing plan, social‑media strategy, email campaigns, and branding guidelines. • Create targeted event‑recruitment strategies for the Coliseum, Horse Arena (equestrian events), Buildings B & C, and the fairgrounds. • Identify and engage promoters, touring acts, trade‑show producers, and community organizations. • Produce measurable performance metrics (inquiries, tours, bookings, sponsorships) and regular progress reports. • Provide ongoing market analysis of the Permian Basin and West Texas venue landscape. • Supply a pricing proposal that includes an annual management fee, optional creative services, and any travel expenses.
