DSHS - Joint Commission Compliance - Tukwila

The Department of Enterprise Services (DES) is seeking an Architect/Engineer for the design services required for the Joint Commission Compliance of the Olympic Heritage Behavioral Health (OHBH) facility in Tukwila, WA. The scope of work includes design and construction administration services to achieve Joint Commission/CMS certification. The facility requires modifications to comply with the Joint Commission requirements, including door hardware, automatic fire sprinkler systems, and illumination of means of egress. The project has a preliminary Maximum Allowable Construction Cost (MACC) of $5,600,000. The selected firm will be expected to enter into DES' standard Engineering and Architectural Services Agreement.
