Investment Advisory Services

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking a qualified investment advisory firm to provide discretionary or non-discretionary investment advisory and portfolio management services for RTAA's operating funds, reserves, and other investable assets. The selected firm will act as a fidiciary and extend its services solely in the best interest of the RTAA. The scope of work includes providing investment advisory services for two major portfolio groupings: the Operating Portfolio and the Bond Portfolio. The initial term of the agreement will be five years, with an option for two two-year extensions. • The Operating Portfolio had a total market value of approximately $143.3 million as of October 31, 2025. • The Bond Portfolio had a total market value of approximately $195.9 million as of October 31, 2025. • The RTAA reserves the right to not award an agreement for any work herein and to negotiate additional services and/or extend the duration of the agreement with the selected respondent. • The RTAA will begin the negotiation and award process with a respondent based on the evaluated scores.
