The FHWA Virtual Industry Day Meeting for LTPP Program Engineering Services Contract (LPES)

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is hosting a virtual Industry Day on 24 Sept 2026 to brief prospective vendors on an upcoming Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Long-Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) Program Engineering Services (LPES). The eventual contract will have a ceiling of $16 million, a 60‑month performance period, and three major task areas: data collection & processing, data analysis & product development, and special research dataset development. Vendors must demonstrate technical capability in at least one task area to be eligible for a base award and can then compete for all task orders.
