LIFE CYCLE PILOT PROCESS (LCPP) AND RELATED TECHNOLOGIES BAA

The U.S. Department of the Army, Joint Program Executive Office Armaments & Ammunition (JPEO A&A), is seeking proposals for the Life Cycle Pilot Process (LCPP) and related technologies. The LCPP project aims to address Industrial Base (IB) technology gaps in line with Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) Modernization Goals. The project focuses on piloting process technologies, technology feasibility studies, and process demonstrations to improve producibility, mitigate supply chain risk, and refine product and manufacturing costs. Proposals should address one of the four technology areas of interest: Chemical Endurance, Digital Engineering, Manufacturing Technology – Ammunition & Energetic Processes, and Manufacturing Technology – Reclamation & Regulatory Compliance. • The LCPP project seeks to transition manufacturing technologies to the Army's industrial base. • The project aims to improve producibility, mitigate supply chain risk, and refine product and manufacturing costs. • Proposals should address one of the four technology areas of interest. • The project focuses on piloting process technologies, technology feasibility studies, and process demonstrations. • The LCPP project is a critical risk reduction bridge between science and technology investments in advanced manufacturing technologies and their implementation in GOCOs and ammunition industrial base partner facilities.
