Apparel - Silkscreened and Embroidered

Kingman Unified School District (KUSD) in Arizona is seeking a qualified vendor to provide custom‑printed and embroidered apparel for schools, clubs, and district programs. The contract is a multi‑year “umbrella” agreement with an estimated annual spend of about $50,000, covering a wide range of items such as T‑shirts, polos, sweatshirts, caps, jackets, bags, and other accessories. Vendors must submit pricing in the district’s bid matrix, provide required samples, and comply with extensive insurance, labor, and compliance requirements. The award will be made in August 2025, with work commencing upon issuance of purchase orders and continuing through June 30 2026 (with possible extensions). • Supply and customize a broad catalog of apparel items (tops, bottoms, caps, bags, etc.) using screen‑printing, embroidery, and direct‑print processes. • Provide artwork creation/modification; all artwork becomes district property. • Deliver to any of 13 district locations (FOB Destination) and meet insurance, E‑Verify, forced‑labor, and other statutory requirements.
