USD Womens BB Charter Flight

The University of South Dakota is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide air charter services for the women's basketball team during the 2025-26 season. The contract will be for one year, and the successful vendor will be required to provide aircraft with a minimum seating capacity of 30, as well as accommodations for the team's equipment and luggage. The vendor will also be responsible for providing non-alcoholic beverages and meal services. The university prefers vendors with experience in managing athletic group travel and those who can provide same flight attendants for all flights. Key requirements include: • Ability to accommodate 30 passengers and equipment • Experience in managing athletic group travel • Provision of non-alcoholic beverages and meal services • Ability to travel with all equipment • Same flight attendants for all flights • Cabin style seating for transporting athletes or larger team members
