SOCIAL MEDIA ARCHIVING-RE BID

• Capture and retain all social‑media posts, comments, media, metadata, and deletions across a defined list of platforms. • Provide a single‑sign‑on dashboard supporting up to 20 concurrent users, with full‑text search, filtering, and export capabilities. • Deliver annual comprehensive records (CSV & HTML) by early January each year to the agency’s Primary Records Officer. • Ensure encryption, role‑based access, audit logs, and compliance with state records‑management policies. • Offer business‑hour support, advance notice for maintenance, and annual maintenance & support for each contract year.
