UFT One and Open Text Training

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) seeks a qualified small, micro‑business, or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise to deliver instructor‑led, virtual training for two software platforms: Unified Functional Testing One (UFT One) and OpenText Core Performance Engineering (VuGen). The training will be conducted over two consecutive five‑day courses (45 hours each) for a total of 14 Caltrans participants (seven per course). The contractor must supply the necessary software licenses, ensure the training environment is pre‑installed with UFT One (v26.1) and VuGen (including TruClient protocol), provide all course materials, certificates, and comply with strict security, privacy, and GenAI disclosure requirements. The contract is a DVBE‑set‑aside RFQ with a maximum base value of $49,500 and an optional amendment ceiling of $14,200, running from 1 June 2026 through 31 May 2027. • Virtual classroom delivery (Teams/Webex) during normal business hours. • Pre‑installation of UFT One 26.1 and Core PE/VuGen on student machines; vendor must supply licensing. • Required deliverables: handouts, electronic materials, daily rosters, participant evaluations, certificates, and full compliance with Exhibit F security controls. • No subcontracting above 49 % of total cost; all work must be performed by the awardee. • Mandatory reporting (ADM‑3059) and insurance requirements; GenAI usage must be disclosed.
