The intent of this solicitation is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm for providing stop loss insurance to pay eligible medical claims that exceed a “cap” for current employees and retirees (under the age of 65) of Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS). The contract will be assisted by Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) East. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing stop loss insurance for eligible medical claims • Paying claims that exceed a certain cap for current employees and retirees under 65 • Working with FCPS and Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) East • Submitting electronic bids through OpenGov Procurement • Completing and uploading various forms, including Proprietary Information Form, Statutory Affidavit and Non-Collusion Form, and Certificate of Compliance Form
