PMI On Sterilizing Equipment

The VA’s New Mexico Health Care System seeks a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and repair services for its portfolio of sterilizing equipment. The contractor will be responsible for routine OEM‑specified preventive maintenance, corrective repairs (including emergency response), supply of OEM‑approved parts, documentation of each service event, and adherence to strict security, insurance, and DEI requirements. The effort spans a one‑year base period with the possibility of up to four one‑year extensions, totaling a maximum contract length of five years. • Perform OEM‑approved preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on a variety of sterilizers (e.g., STERIS, OLYMPUS, GE Healthcare). • Provide rapid technical support (response within 4 hours) and submit detailed field‑service reports within two weeks of each service call. • Meet strict eligibility (100 % SDVOSB set‑aside), licensing (California OEM license or certification), and past‑performance documentation (2‑3 similar contracts).
