Instron Calibration Services - Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ)

The U.S. Navy’s Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport is seeking a sole‑source, five‑year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide on‑site calibration, preventive maintenance, and related shipping services for Instron brand testing equipment. Only Instron (Illinois Tool Works), the original equipment manufacturer, may fulfill the requirement because it holds exclusive access to proprietary software, OEM parts, and service history. The contract will have a minimum guarantee of $1,000 and a maximum ceiling of $200,000, with ordering periods of one year each. Orders under $2,500 can be placed via Government Purchase Card; larger orders require task orders.
