Vascular Closure Devices for University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics

The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics is seeking proposals for the provision of Vascular Closure Devices. The selected supplier will be required to provide products and services that meet the needs of the hospital. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional four years. The university is looking for a supplier that can provide high-quality products and services, as well as excellent customer service. • The supplier must be licensed to do business in the State of Iowa and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The supplier must provide a full product catalog and pricing information. • The supplier must be able to provide technical training and education on the use of their products. • The supplier must be able to provide a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) if necessary. • The supplier must be able to provide clinical data documentation and other relevant information.
