The Army Contracting Command (ACC) at Aberdeen Proving Ground seeks information from companies capable of producing, installing, and sustaining up to nine high‑altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) hardened medium‑fixed SATCOM earth terminals. The terminals must operate in X‑Band with selectable polarization, comply with MIL‑STD‑188‑164C (Change 2) and MIL‑STD‑188‑125‑1A, and be suitable for installation within the continental United States. Respondents must submit a concise white‑paper (≤10 pages) describing technical capabilities, certification status (e.g., WGS compatibility), and any barriers to meeting the MIL‑STD requirements.
