Fare Media and Fulfillment Services

Valley Metro is seeking a contractor to provide printing, packaging, and distribution materials for fare media consumables. The contract will be for a period of 10 years, commencing on or about September 18, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing extended use media, limited use media, and paper stock. The contractor must have experience in transit fare system, financial and operational capacity to perform the scope of work, and comply with media specification requirements. The contractor must also demonstrate quality assurance and control processes for manufacturing, encoding, and delivery of transit fare media. • The contractor must provide a detailed proposal describing their qualifications and experience. • The contractor must complete a price sheet and provide pricing for the proposed services. • The contractor must provide a list of proposed subcontractors and exceptions to the terms and conditions of the contract. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to insurance and bonding. • The contractor must provide a non-collusion affidavit and a lobbying certification. • The contractor must comply with Valley Metro's procurement policies and procedures.
