The City of Mobile’s Municipal Enforcement Department is seeking a contractor to perform full wet‑method demolition and site restoration at 1307 Willow Lane. The scope includes removal of all structures and debris, utility disconnections and caps, erosion‑control BMPs, lead‑based paint and asbestos compliance, and post‑demolition site stabilization, all to be completed within 30 calendar days of receiving a Notice to Proceed. • Wet‑method demolition of existing buildings, footings, slabs, and associated debris. • Disconnect, cap, and certify sanitary sewer, water, and gas utilities. • Provide temporary erosion‑control measures and permanent seeding/mulching, complying with federal and state environmental regulations. • Deliver required close‑out documentation (photos, waste‑shipment records, lien releases, newspaper notice) and adhere to $250/day liquidated‑damage clause for delays beyond 15 days after substantial completion.
