Description
The City of Mobileâs Municipal Enforcement Department is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a full wetâdemolition and site remediation at 1120 Partridge Street. The contractor must cap and disconnect utilities, manage erosion and sediment control, handle hazardous materials (leadâbased paint and asbestos), remove all structures and vegetation, and provide comprehensive closeâout documentation, including a published Notice of Final Completion. The work must begin within three business days of receiving a Notice to Proceed and be completed within 30 calendar days.
⢠Wet demolition of existing structures, foundations, and footings with debris removal.
⢠Installation and maintenance of temporary BMPs for erosion control, followed by permanent site stabilization.
⢠Hazardous waste handling, disposal, and documentation for leadâbased paint and asbestos.
⢠Utility capping, vegetation removal, preservation of existing fence, and fill of demolition voids.
⢠Submission of before/after photos, waste shipment records, lien releases, and proof of newspaper notice.
