The City of El Mirage, AZ is seeking a qualified towing firm to provide emergency and non‑emergency vehicle towing, removal, and storage services for police‑directed incidents. The contract is a three‑year initial term (with up to two one‑year extensions) and will award one primary contractor plus two alternates. The scope includes towing disabled, wrecked, abandoned, stolen, or impounded vehicles; off‑road recovery; flat‑tire service for City vehicles; and storage of towed vehicles at the contractor’s facility or designated City lots. Fixed pricing is required, and the contractor must meet specific equipment (light, medium, heavy‑duty tow trucks with flatbeds, winches, etc.) and personnel qualifications, maintain 24/7 dispatch capability, and comply with Arizona state towing regulations.
