Detailed interior requirements cover exterior power (50 A outlet for a Mobile Vet Center), flagpole, automatic doors, security‑controlled entry, luxury vinyl flooring, acoustical ceilings, ADA‑compliant restrooms, furnished reception, multiple group therapy rooms, office spaces, a kitchen break room, storage, and a telecommunications enclosure with CAT 6A cabling. The lessor is responsible for installation, ongoing maintenance, and periodic upgrades (e.g., repainting and flooring every five years).
