Wyoming State Fair 2026 Major Maintenance Project

The Wyoming State Construction Department is seeking a licensed architect and engineer for the Wyoming State Fair 2026 Major Maintenance Project in Douglas, WY. The selected firm will provide design plans, construction documents, specifications, and bidding documents. The scope of the project includes above ground irrigation and pump system, fire suppression and fire alarm system updates, electronic and physical key access control, and bathroom remodels and building renovations. The project is expected to be completed by October 30, 2026. • The firm must have a Wyoming registered licensed architect and engineer. • The firm must provide a complete set of design plans, construction documents, specifications, and bidding documents. • The firm must provide bidding services, construction administration, and warranty period services. • The firm must have experience in similar projects. • The firm must have a single point of contact for all contract management activities and approvals.
