FAA Management & Leadership Development Sources Sought/Request for Information

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking information from potential contractors to provide management and leadership development services. The services include instructor-led training, web-based training, and other learning services to support the FAA's Career and Leadership Development portfolio. The portfolio consists of four core components: Mandatory Management Courses, Succession Planning Programs, Elective Management and Leadership Courses, and Customer-Tailored Offerings. The contractor will be required to provide qualified instructors, facilitators, and subject matter experts to deliver the training services. The contract is expected to be a five-year IDIQ contract with one basic year and four one-year options. • The contractor will be responsible for delivering instructor-led training, web-based training, and other learning services. • The contractor will be required to provide qualified instructors, facilitators, and subject matter experts. • The contractor will be responsible for updating the training portfolio to meet the evolving needs of the FAA. • The contractor will be required to provide logistics support, including classroom facilities, lodging, and transportation. • The contractor will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the training services.
