Depot Consumable Parts Processing & Disposal (DEMIL)

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide Consumable Parts Processing and Disposal (DEMIL) Support Services at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. The contract will include collection, staging, processing, and transportation of non-serviceable/condemned parts from maintenance to a staging area and ultimately to the Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Service (DLADS). The contractor will be required to provide approximately six full-time equivalent personnel to support the WR-ALC, Workload & Analysis Branch (WR-ALC/OBW). The contract is expected to be a three-year service contract with two one-year options. • The contractor will be responsible for material pickup, processing, and turn-in. • The contractor will maintain control of the material staging area and ensure that all personnel maintain active Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certifications. • The contractor will implement internal quality control checks to guarantee manifest accuracy and damage-free transport. • The contractor will serve as the final escalation point for resolving complex physical or systemic inventory discrepancies. • The contractor will provide a monthly incoming material report and a monthly outgoing material report. The contractor will be required to comply with various regulations and guidelines, including those related to safety, security, and environmental management.
