The State of Tennessee, Department of General Services, is seeking bids for the one-time purchase of a rebuilt Halm SuperJet Plus XL2615D Envelope Press. The press will be used for large transactional and commercial print operations. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment within 90 days of receipt of the purchase order, providing training to State employees, and ensuring that the equipment meets all specifications and quality standards. The contract will include a 30-day acceptance period, during which the Contractor shall repair any issues caused by the equipment. • The Contractor shall provide an operator's manual, parts manual, and a complete electrical schematic for all equipment installation and training. • The Contractor shall provide two consecutive days of on-site training for three State employees. • The Contractor shall include delivery and complete installation, including any rigging costs, in the final price.
