Description
The State of West Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide a mobility platform software. The scope of work includes platform development and operation, data integration, training and implementation support, and hosting environment. The vendor will be required to provide a core software platform for ride scheduling and dispatch, interoperability and integration, training and implementation support, and hosting environment.

The vendor will be expected to provide a detailed quote, including unit prices and total prices, for each line item. The State of West Virginia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes.
