Clark County is seeking qualified contractors to design and construct a series of channel improvements for the Flamingo Wash in an unincorporated area of the county. The work includes extending reinforced‑concrete channels and culverts, constructing a paved trail, building maintenance roads and access ramps, and installing associated storm‑drain infrastructure, fencing, conduit, signage, and monitoring equipment. The contractor will also be responsible for removal of minor debris, vegetation, and trees within the project limits, as well as any required shoring and de‑watering activities. The contract is set for a 270‑day calendar schedule and will be awarded on a lump‑sum basis.
• Reinforced‑concrete channel and box culvert extensions (10‑ft × 7‑ft and 12‑ft × 8‑ft sections)
• Paved multi‑use trail along the north side of the wash
• Maintenance roads, access ramps, and associated earthwork
• Storm‑drain facilities: drop inlets, manholes, weep holes, drainage rock, and conduit
• Fencing (expanded metal), gates, post‑and‑cable fence, and site security
