Water Meter Covers and Rings

The City of Yakima Water/Irrigation Division is requesting bids for heavy-duty vault top meter rings and Yakima standard water meter covers. The items must comply with the Standard Specifications for Highway Bridges, 17th edition (2002) and the most recent edition of the ANSI Standards. The city is looking for a supplier to provide these items at the lowest price. The contract will be awarded within ninety (90) calendar days, and the delivery will be accepted within forty (40) calendar days after Receipt of Order (ROA). • The city requires heavy-duty vault top meter rings made of grey iron, complying with ASTMA 48 Class 35. • The city requires Yakima standard water meter covers with an opening for a smaller 10” composite/plastic insert lid, made of grey iron, complying with ASTM A48 – CL30 B. • The city requires a composite type traffic rated cover with a 10” opening for an insert lid. • The supplier must provide a list discount offer for any other items not specifically listed.
