The City of Winston‑Salem is soliciting a qualified contractor to remove existing large water meters and install new Master Meter Octave ultrasonic meters at multiple city locations. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and incidental services required for the complete changeout. This is an informal bid (IFB) with a mandatory pre‑bid site meeting.
