Transportation, Processing, and Sale of Materials Related to Drop-Off Recycling Program

The City of St. Joseph is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide transportation and sale of recyclable materials from the City's recycling program. The scope of services includes collecting, transporting, processing, and marketing the materials collected at the City-owned and operated recycling facility. The proposal should address the cost and revenue regarding the items listed, as well as any other information that will allow for a complete assessment of the proposal. The City prefers that proposers provide their own containers for recyclables. The contract is for a period of two years, with the possibility of extension for additional yearly periods upon mutual consent.
