Fine Arts Contracted Services

Cedar Hill Independent School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide a broad suite of fine‑arts contracted services to its campuses. The contract will cover adjudication (judging) for competitions, choreography design and instruction, instrumental accompaniment, instructional clinics and master classes, costume supply, and provision of instructional materials such as sheet music and scripts. Vendors must be able to schedule, staff, and deliver these services across multiple schools, comply with district policies, and meet safety and background‑check requirements. The award will be a three‑year agreement with the possibility of two one‑year extensions (maximum five years). All proposals must be submitted electronically by 2:00 PM CT on 20 Oct 2026; questions are due by 2:00 PM CT on 17 Sep 2026.
