Printing and Promotional Goods & Services

Cedar Hill Independent School District (CHISD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide printing and promotional goods and services for its campuses and departments. The solicitation is an online‑only RFP; all questions must be submitted by 9/17/2026 and proposals are due by 10/20/2026. The awarded contract will be for an initial three‑year term with the possibility of two one‑year extensions (up to five years total). Vendors must complete numerous certifications (conflict of interest, debarment, criminal history, HUB status, etc.) and submit required attachments (Certificate of Insurance, W‑9, Form 1295, ACH form, etc.). The district will maintain an approved vendor list and may award multiple contracts to different vendors. No pricing is required at this stage, but the district anticipates spending significant amounts on printing and marketing materials over the contract period.
