The City of Suffolk is seeking proposals for the administration of its Employee Benefits: Ancillary program, which consists of a group fully insured voluntary Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Pet Insurance.
