Instructional and Curriculum Consultant Services - Continuous Solicitation

The Pharr – San Juan – Alamo Independent School District is seeking proposals from consultant service providers to provide various types of consultant services, including but not limited to: Advanced Placement, Early Childhood, Health, Physical Education & Wellness, Special Education, Athletics, Educational Technology, Library Media Services, Student Services (Section 504), Before/After School Program, English Language Arts & Reading (ELAR), Mathematics, World Language, Career & Technology Education (CTE), ESL, Science, Presenter / Speaker, College & Career Readiness, Fine Arts, Social Studies, Dual Language, Gifted & Talented, Spanish Language Arts & Reading (SLAR). The key services include: * Providing administrative and/or technical expertise not otherwise available to or performed by District personnel * Rendering services to the District on a short or infrequent term, on a fee or per diem basis * Providing information, advisory, opinions, alternatives, conclusions, recommendations, demonstration, or direct assistance, such as studies, analysis, evaluations, and liaison The District is looking for vendors who can provide high-quality services that meet the needs of the District and its students. Some of the specific services that the District is looking for include: * Instructional and curriculum consultant services * Special education services * Student services (Section 504) * World language services * Presenter/speaker services * College and career readiness services * Fine arts services * Social studies services * Dual language services * Gifted and talented services * Spanish language arts and reading services The District is seeking vendors who can provide these services on a continuous basis, with the option to extend the contract on a month-to-month basis. The evaluation criteria for this RFP include: * Purchase price * Reputation of the vendor and of the vendor’s goods or services * Quality of the vendor’s goods or services * Extent to which the goods or services meet the district’s needs * Vendor’s past relationship with the district * Impact on the ability of the district to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses * Total long-term cost to the district to acquire the vendor’s goods or services The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. The District is looking for vendors who can provide high-quality services that meet the needs of the District and its students. The contract period is for one year, with the option to extend on a month-to-month basis. The District is seeking vendors who can provide services on a continuous basis, with the option to extend the contract on a month-to-month basis.
