The West Virginia Department of Administration, Purchasing Division is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the West Virginia Office of Technology to provide management of the State of West Virginia's vertical real estate. The selected partner will be responsible for providing services related to the management of vertical real estate assets, including permitting, engineering, and equipment installation.
