McAdam Park Renovation Project - Construction Management & Inspection Services

The City of Palmdale is seeking a qualified consultant to provide full‑service Construction Management and Inspection (CM&I) for the McAdam Park Renovation (PN 839). The consultant will oversee all park‑related construction packages, enforce compliance with plans, specifications, safety, and prevailing‑wage rules, and provide comprehensive reporting, submittal control, payment and change‑order review, and final acceptance services. The contract is a one‑year fixed‑term (≈ 220 working days) with an optional 20‑day close‑out period. Eligibility requires a California contractor license, public‑works registration, required insurance, prevailing‑wage compliance, and completion of extensive mandatory forms and certifications.
