Description
The NIH intends to award a non‑competitive purchase order for a Hidex 600SLe liquid scintillation counter and related accessories. This sole‑source RFQ covers one complete system (counter, alpha/beta separator, Eu‑152 standard, a Windows 11 PC, installation/training, and shipping) plus a trade‑in discount for two legacy units. The award will be firm‑fixed‑price, with delivery expected 6‑8 weeks after award. All offerors must be registered in SAM and submit a full price breakdown by the deadline. Evaluation will be based on lowest‑priced technically acceptable offer.
