The U.S. Department of Energy, through its prime contractor Brookhaven Science Associates, is seeking a vendor to supply a low‑background smear counter and associated accessories under a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ. The award will be made to the lowest total price that meets all technical specifications, with delivery required FOB destination to Brookhaven National Laboratory. No alternatives or substitutes are accepted; the vendor must provide the exact items listed in the draft purchase order and include all necessary documentation for verification, installation, and warranty support.
• Provide the specified low‑background smear counter (exact model numbers as listed in the draft PO) and any required optional accessories (masts, carts, software, etc.).
• Supply all labor, services, materials, and equipment needed for installation and commissioning; professional installation is highly recommended.
• Deliver the equipment within 90‑120 days after award, FOB destination with freight prepaid to BNL’s receiving dock (Building 98, Rochester St., Upton, NY).
• Submit a completed AMS‑Form‑043 Quotation Pricing Sheet, along with required certifications (ACH authorization, W‑9/W‑8, AMS‑Form‑050) via email to the buyer by the quoted deadline.
