NEWSLETTER PRINTING SERVICES

The City of Lauderhill is seeking a qualified vendor to provide newsletter printing services, including design, printing, and mailing. The selected vendor will be required to provide high-quality, full-color, and magazine-style publications. The contract is expected to be for three years with two one-year extensions. The vendor will be responsible for layout and design, printing, finishing, binding, mail sorting, and delivery to all businesses and single-family households in Lauderhill. • The newsletter is distributed 2 times per year to approximately 36,000 Lauderhill households and businesses. • The City will celebrate its 70th year of incorporation in 2029 and will seek a Special Edition of Spotlight to highlight a retrospective and look ahead of the City. • The chief goal of this project is to provide residents and visitors with a high-quality, attractive newsletter. • The publication is produced by the City Manager’s Office and is used to promote City programs, events, classes, news, and projects.
